Nairian operates retail stores in Armenia and exports its product to US, Canada, UK and Russia.

- greet the customers and give detailed information about the products
- provide with sales transactions
- turn all sales opportunities into sales
- demonstrate advanced products and skincare knowledge and a high standard of customer service
- work on meeting KPIs and revenue targets
- create positive and long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- make an inventory, cash register, and other duties related to retail sales identify opportunities for new business within the market
- make sure the shops are in exemplary shape (merchandising, testers, bags, cleanness, temperature etc.)
- gather customer information within the CRM customer database
- prepare necessary reports and make phone calls
- use the social media tools when required and instructed to keep the customer relationship and provide a high level of customer service via those tools
- attend online and/or offline training and classes, which will add knowledge and skills to ensure year-by-year self-development and knowledge improvement on the market and the field.
- strong selling and cross-selling skills
- excellent interpersonal skills and intuitive to client’s needs
- be fully bilingual (Armenian, Russian), English level – intermediate
- strong presentation skills
- not buckling under pressure and be very target-driven
- being computer literate
- working well as part sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently.
